Memorable Matches: Manchester City 3-2 Queens Park Rangers
Sergio Aguero has left Manchester City after spending 10 years at the club. His final match for the Citizens was a heartbreaking 1-0 Champions League final defeat to Chelsea. Despite missing out on a fairytale-like ending, Manchester City fans, and the Premier League as a whole, will remember the Argentine as a legend.
One moment in particular will immortalize Aguero's Premier League career. The forward's 93rd minute strike against Queens Park Rangers in 2012 earned Man City a crucial 3-2 win, and ended their decades of wait for a top flight title. Aguero won four more Premier League titles with the Citizens, but none of them equalled the euphoria associated with the first one.
Roberto Mancini's Manchester City had taken the title fight to the very last day of the 2011/12 Premier League season. His team needed to win to come out on top of their neighbours Manchester United. A draw would have sufficed had Man United lost or drawn their game against Sunderland the same day. But to be 100% sure, City had to beat QPR at home.
Ahead of the match, beating a team that sat 17th on the table didn't seem much of a daunting task for a side that's aiming for the title. Pablo Zabaleta opened the scoring for the home side in the 40th minute, easing the nerves of the Etihad crowd who knew their Manchester rivals were a goal up against Sunderland in the meantime.
Djibril Cisse celebrates his equaliser
But, City suffered a massive blow in the second half as Djibril Cisse restored parity after the break. However, the visiting side got reduced to 10-man after Joey Burton saw a red card. Seemingly, it handed a lifeline to City, but the drama was far from over.
Etihad was silenced as Jamie Mackie scored to put QPR ahead. The scoreline now read 2-1 for the visitors. City needed to score twice within 24 minutes, unless a dramatic turn of events at the Stadium of Light causes Manchester United to surrender their 1-0 lead and lose.
QPR defended resolutely till regulation time, but City broke through their defence at stoppage time. Edin Dzeko's header found the back of the net and made it 2-2. Minutes later, Sergio Aguero held on to a Mario Balotelli pass and fired the ball home to send ruptures throughout the Etihad stands.

Manchester City's 21/22 home kit will commemorate the iconic goal. The shirts will have ''93:20'' printed on them, which is the exact time Aguero scored against QPR on May 13, 2012.
